Welcome to Carry: Athlete Investing Inc. “Carry” (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to provide accurate information.
3. Use of Services
- You agree to use Carry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent behavior, violating privacy rights, or disrupting our platform.
4. Sponsorships and Payments
- Carry facilitates sponsorships and donations to up-and-coming professional golfers. Payments are processed via Stripe.
- By completing a transaction, you authorize Stripe to process your payment information.
5. Refund Policy
- Carry typically refunds purchases or issues credits if an experiential package sponsorship has not yet been fulfilled.
- Completed transactions, including donations, are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including trademarks, logos, and text, is owned by Carry or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Carry provides services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Carry against any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
Carry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
